CRM Manager - London A great opportunity if available for a CRM Manager to join a great legal company based in central London. The main responsibilities for this position will to help the firm's thinking and ongoing development and implementation of client relationship management.Continuing to deliver a market leading strategic focus. Also manage the day to day relationship with internal and external IT teams on marketing and Business development areas of responsibility within BMS. Day to day management of InterAction IT Support function. The successful candidate will be degree educated. Strong hands on CRM (InterAction) experience. Knowledge and experience of management and use of B2B data.
